第一次接触这个单词是在学习commercial laws中的carriages of good by sea那一部份，大体就是讲船舶航行是有可能出现的偏移航道触发某些法律责任之类的，具体忘了，估计也用不着了。
但是，个人对于偏移这个概念，拓展了很多。
定义偏移，首先要定义轨道航道之类的，也就是说首先要有正确的道路，才能对照出错误的道路。
